Jubilee House

Jubilee House, at the top of Madeley High Street has had a number of uses over the years.

Currently, it houses the Town Council offices along with three rooms for hire.             

Our reception area has information from many organisations, from the Police to local community groups, we are well placed to provide a central information point for matters of local interest. Additionally, our notice boards contain local advice information along with up coming events.

Meeting Room Hire

Centrally located, opposite the bus stops and with its own parking, Jubilee House is ideally placed to host meetings, training events and community groups.

The Marks room, with its half sprung beech floor can provide seating for 40 people and is suitable for recreational classes, training events, larger meetings and educational classes.

The McGavin Room is suitable for smaller meetings, training and educational activities and seats up to 12 people.

The downstairs Meeting Room is also suitable for smaller meetings and training etc and seats up to 12 people.

Two interview rooms can accommodate two to three people and are suitable for one to one meetings and interviews.

A well equipped kitchen is available at no extra charge.

All rooms are fully accessible and can be laid out in a variety of styles. Free WiFi and use of training aids are included in the hire charges.

We regret that we are unable to cater for private parties with discos at night or at weekends.

The Primary Care Wellbeing Service

A free NHS Service, providing a range of recommended therapies for common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. We are made up of a range of specially trained Mental Health Practitioners, and we offer information, guidance and talking therapies in a variety of different formats.

Who Is Our Service For?
Anyone aged over 16 years old registered with a GP in Telford and Wrekin who may be experiencing: Anxiety PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) Depression Phobia Panic OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) Social Anxiety Postnatal Depression Health Anxiety

How We Can Help
The support on offer will focus on helping you move forward and will concentrate on steps that you can take yourself to tackle your difficulties. This can include many different options, including online supported programmes and one-to-one interventions. We can also signpost you to other services in the area that may be useful to you. Your first contact with the team is likely to be over the telephone with an administrator. They will take your contact details and arrange an appointment for you with a Mental Health Practitioner, who will talk to you about your current difficulties.
