If you are unable to rely on family, friends or other support networks to meet your essential needs for your health and well-being, please complete our online form to request community support.

The line is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

During the festive season, the Community Support line will close at 12pm on 24 December 2020 and re-open on the 4 January 2021 (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday)

Residents requiring support with food parcels, gas and electric and crisis applications are asked to call the Crisis Support Line, 01952 380400 – open on the 30 December 2020 and 31 December 2020, 9am – 5pm.

Support available includes: prescription collection, shopping, someone to talk to and topping up gas and electricity meters
