Tendering Opportunities
Tender Opportunities – 2026/27
Each year Madeley Town Council offers a number of service contracts for tender. These opportunities allow local businesses and contractors to work with the Council to provide valued services for our residents.
Tenders are normally advertised late in the calendar year (October – December) with contracts commencing from April. All contracts are awarded in line with our Financial Regulations and Standing Orders to ensure fairness, transparency and best value.
We welcome enquiries from experienced contractors and suppliers interested in the opportunities below.

Gardening Service – Basic Lawn Cuts
- Up to 60 residents within the parish
- 7 cuts per season per property
- Basic lawn cutting only

Coach Trips for Local Residents
The Town Council arranges coach trips each year. For 2026/27 we are seeking coach providers to take our residents to various locations in the UK.

Hanging Baskets
- Hanging baskets & planters throughout the town during the summer months
- Supply, installation, watering and maintenance

Annual Festive Lighting Contract

Supply, installation, maintenance, removal and storage of festive lights across Madeley, Sutton Hill & Woodside.
- Work to be completed to agreed timescales, including testing and certification prior to switch-on events

Hub on the Hill Regeneration Project - Community Shop
To provide provision of a community shop serving the residents of Sutton Hill, for completion in 2028.

Hub on the Hill Regeneration Project - Community Cafe
To operate and manage the Hub on the Hill Community Cafe, for completion in 2028.
